1. PHYSICAL PARAMETERS

General:

  • Made up of 30mm wide polyester webbing with both textile loops.
  • Webbing lanyard incorporated with Energy Absorber.
  • One side of the lanyard equipped with Dielectric Hook equipped with Energy absorber and other side having Dielectric Snap Hook.

4. VITAL TEST COMPLIANCE

STATIC PRE-LOADING TEST

EN355:2002 : When tested for Static pre-loading, the permanent extension caused by activation of the Energy absorber after pre-loading with 2 kN is not greater than 50mm.

DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE

EN355:2002 : Maximum breaking force does not exceed 6 kN in the line when tested on a free fall from 4 m height attached to a test mass of 100 Kgs.

STATIC STRENGTH

EN355:2002 : Submit the fully developed E.A. (dynamically tested) in the static tensile machine and apply a load of 15 kN for 3 minutes These lanyards shall sustain the force without separating, tearing or rupture
